Just read in Todays age that Bird did not train yesterday and will be replaced by Ves tonight.Also Grundy has been taken off the emergency bench due to hamstring soreness.He has been replaced by Jesse White.
I have a feeling Bird was never going to play and Ves was always going to play.The kid brings exuberance,encouragement and excitement to the team(what we have seen so far).

this is good news. as long as he kicks another 4, i dont care if he gets dropped again next week, the footy gods seem to keep finding a way to get him in. All the best for Jesse White also. It was on the news last night, with shots of him training and recovering with the boys.

So unless they used stock images, I'm more inclined to believe the one where we actually see him training.

I heard he trained well but he didn't pull up quite 100% and the club isn't going to risk him in a final.
