2nds VFL Salary Cap

Can anyone tell me how it works, and how AFL listed players count towards this?

Probably not important in the scheme of things but I'd like to see the vfl team do well (obviously player development is paramount)

But If afl listed players don't count towards the cap - surely collingwood could get some good vfl players playing around our young developing listed players with spare cash in the salary cap?

Don't think there is one but I think they Clubs try and keep it close

We already spend a lot of money on fielding our own team.....having the coaches etc and the administrators who are there for the VFL side.

I'm not sure if more money spent on the vfl team is justified. Also I dunno if its good having players around the club who are there for the money only....

Throwing money at things doesnt always bring the best outcome..
