5. Drew - outstanding job on Neale. Best anyone from our lot has ever done on him
4. Lord - well done lad. Not only kicked goals, but contested well, and negated Andrews as well. Nobody from us has ever done that before
3. Butters - best attacking mid by miles
2. SPP - one guy who genuinely revels in the physicality of the contest, and these days kicks goals too
1. Lycett - I've been a strident critic of Scooter, but after a woeful first quarter, he went off with the blood rule, came back on, and was a new man. Completely outrucked The Big 'O' when the latter has owned us for around 3 years now. Best game for years. Warrior effort!

H/M:
Bergman - best defender by far.
Rozee - showed usual flashes of brilliance but failed to apply himself to the task all game
JHF. - see Rozee.
Rioli - tackles, lays blocks, shepherds, smothers, calm in traffic. All the things McEntee gets lauded for by the coaches, but he never actually does!!!!!!

The remaining 14:
Either unsighted (lazy, overawed, distracted) or racked up possessions but with zero hurt factor.
