The worst criticism you can give to any footballer is to call them soft. Finlayson, Farrell, DBJ. Hang your heads in shame.

McEntee and Duursma tried but aren’t near the level of quality needed for finals footy.

McKenzie got a bath then got injured. Williams no impact then injured. Marshall missing 3 sitters.

Without being old enough to remember 04 (born in 03) this sounds about right, Brisbane have just been far better in the H&A seasons than their finals record would suggest, you’d think this year would be the season they finally break through to a GF and with our pathetic side led by Mr. “Finals Are A Bit Scary” there was no way they weren’t steamrolling us on the way there.

In the first half Port missed at least six gettable set shots. If those are scored the match could be quite different if scoreboard pressure is applied. But finals are scary so obviously they would never score regulation set shots
