I gave Polly second best not only for what he did, but what he nearly showed he can do.

If we keep him for another two years, and if he is hitting the upward part of a J curve he could turn into one of the best ever CHf's. I know, big statement ! But his natural ability is phenomenal.

I'm curious as why people are putting Grover in the best?
If Roo had brought his kicking boots it was all over at half time...

Grover had two s**T umpire free kicks against him also he was sheperded out on one and his second efforts,tackling,helping his team mates leaving his man,running up the ground when possible.(sounds too good doesnt it)

That's all very well but 1.6 to roo could just as easily been 6.1...and I agree about the frees, maybe Matty Carr shoulda run through all three umpires at the start!

good one.still the way he's going if they where in a line one foot apart he'd only hit one.its like a full forward kicking 5 on a fullback but he was hit on the chest everytime for the five but if the fullback spoilt everytime it wasn't,he still had a good game.Grover got burnt by the umpires and going in to get the ball etc...
