I don't know about that, Melbourne's gameplan is all about intensity, and he is the driving force, You cut off the head, the snake will die, believe me.

Actually completely forgot about Davey...definate Tag to him!

I do not like Jake King one bit, however the one game I thought he looked like an AFL player was when he shut down Lovett las year and kicked 3 on him. Matt White could run with Davey....he is terrible but has running ability and heart!

White doesn't have the competitive spirit or mongrel to take Davey out of the game, kingy's doesn't have much but he does have the ability to take a players mind of their job. And it's been proven that Davey doesn't like the attention, and he can give away silly free kicks and 50's, though so can King.

King shut down Davey last year, I'd suspect that's what they have in mind this year. Davey really doesn't like a hard tag and can be taken out of the game quite easily.

I'd like to see Jacko go to Sylvia, and maybe Moore on Petterd with Post on Newton which should allow him to zone off somewhat and try and intercept as many of their kicks as possible. Bate's an interesting one but his form has been pretty poor so far this year so we could try Dea on him first up,

Who can stop Davey? I wouldn't be surprised if King gets a run with role on him, shakes him up a bit, could give Kingy a purpose........and a target to release his anger on.

Tambling has played on and beaten Davey before. Generally goes ok on the brothers, which is why I was amazed he didn't spend a minute on Betts or Yarran in round 1.

I'd expect McDonald to be shoulder to shoulder with Lids for 100 mins on Sunday afternoon.

And I expect plenty of Richmond shoulders to come into contact with McDonald.

Bail, Bennell and McKenzie are all playing this week.

Both McKenzie and Bennell have played all 3 games and played well.

Bail has played the last two games and also played very well.

Strauss played the first two games of the season.

I can read a team sheet, can you read a thread and work out the context things are said in?

He was named on the ball last round too. I don't think the on field positions really give too much information these days.

I'd love to see Jackson given a genuine tagging role timoc, can't understand why he hasn't been tagging at all so far if we're working on defensive setup.

He wins just as many clearances tagging, and I'd rather him negating than playing an offensive mid's role.

just make sure Posty is starting in a key defensive post and put rance back in front half, I wanna see more of him there and have astbury starting out of the goal sq...really need to mix the front half up some it has been impotent.Taylor will start on the ground Im sure...hope he gets an early touch

Post, Rance and Moore will all play in defence, if they don't we will get spanked. I still think it could be ugly, Rance is terrible when he plays against key forwards and usually so is Moore (he has been okay this year though) but im pretty confident we will play the 3 of them in defence.

Wouldnt care about the result if Rance actually shows that he might be a KPB with a bit of training....Rance to not look out of sorts on the field and id be happy...although there is probably more chance of us winning then that.
