Waite in trouble?

I think Waite will come under scrutiny for elbowing the Hawthorn bloke in the guts in the first qtr. It was right in front of the umpire and for some inexplicable reason the kick wasn't taken off him.

Should he be worried?

Nah sorry mate you got it back to front, a hawk on the lead took the mark, waite was defending and wrapped up the hwk who took the mark. He seen timmy clarke out of the cornor of his eye bout to run him for the hand ball, so to stop it he elbowed clarkey strait into the solarplexes.

The umpire was standing in front of him and must of been in dream land..... Must be going blind huge blunder!

I don't recall any other incident involving Waite elbowing Clarke in the guts. He wouldn't have been lucky enough to get away with it twice in one night.

dunno you got me questioning it now, pitty the footy show isnt on 2mrw. Regardless of which sounds like waite may have a case to answer too seen as though the umpire didnt act on the spot. Really small hits to the stomach, arm, thigh areas only deserve a free kick or 50 meter penaltys.

Free kick should have been reversed, but will probably only get a reprimand and some points. Took the wind out of Clarkes sails and looks worse than it was.

I think you have smoked too many cones mate. Should only get a slap on the wrist. Clarke held onto him too long so Waite elbowed him. Should have been reversed i think, but, thats umpires for you.
