Weight Training Threads

Just so that there is no more confusion, I have stickied this thread with links to the varying threads related to weight training:

- Functional Strength: For developing strength for everyday life and sport.
- AFL: Similar to the Functional Strength thread, but with a distinct focus on training for Aussie Rules.
- For Beginners: Need help with developing your program, or have some questions that you're too shy about asking elsehwere?
- Building muscle: More of a focus on vanity, rather than strength. The bodybuilder's thread.
- Diet, Supplements and Enhancers: Information on nutrition for sports training.
- Anything and Everything: All that doesn't fit in a certain thread, or rather could be made in all. No real sticking topics here.
