You’d think Burgoyne will get first crack at one wing , so Wehr will be fighting it out with Liddy ,Moraes , Richards maybe one or two , I didn’t like it when we’d use Boak or Drew on the wings because they wouldn’t play like wingmen. Moaraes and Liddy play a better wing role but have flaws in their game , body strength and lack of penetration in their kicking . I do like Morales’s running power and he’d be expected to gain some power and strength as he gets older . McKinlay is another option I guess so the race is on .

It is hard to get too carried away with a 27 year old who has played just 39 games since being drafted at pick 59 in 2020 then rookie listed in 2024.

I would hope our father/son players are made to earn their spots next year. Not sure Burgoyne is good enough to be an automatic in ahead of Wehr or Liddy for those roles.
