Yes, it's a "Rest of AFL" scenario with officials and players.
Can you assign certain players to certain people, not tell them who they are, but incorporate the player into the death story?

I think the people with roles will know their name and then the villagers are just Footy Fans who want the saga to be over.

Here's what I have come up with so far:
Essendon: Werewolves
- Stephen Dank (Chemist - Is immune for one kill attempt. A double-kill or consecutive kills will see them die.)
- Dean Robinson
- David Evans (Seer)
- Ian Robson
- James Hird (Cub - when Hird dies, the wolves get two kills)


ASADA: Mafia
- CEO (Seer)
- Intelligence (Media person - gets to write something in private to use during the day that we can publish anonymously to the rest of the group sometime after day votes have been called off)
- Investigator
- Tester
- Financier (When this person dies, the mafia will recruit one villager as insurance. If all villagers are dead, they will recruit a random member of good).
 
Currently coming up with the good roles but they aren't as fun I don't think.

Would love some input.

I have this as a draft so far:

Heath Shaw and Alan Didak
Flogs
They are two members who will receive a clue each night. They are also able to kill ONCE during one single day phase. This must be sent via PM on the day they choose and before the end of the call for votes.

Vigilante


Jonathon Brown

I'm abolishing the fake seer role this game. Will compensate with something else.

Loonerty, say the vigilante attacks the Chemist, he survives however it won't be told how he survived. There may be an amulet of protection/guardian/both role(s) going around too and they'll all be kept hidden in order to protect the above.

Some nights or days, some people will survive. It's up to the village to decide whether or not they were protected by the amulet, by the guardian or by the immunisation to one kill. Thoughts?
 
Any future games must disallow any talk surrounding PMs whatsoever. Just ruins the game. And no bloody clues. Clues suck.

It's too hard to keep in check, re: the PMs.

The best solution is to keep PM info brief. There is no need for my action to have a specific name, which is what I caught The_Reaper out with.

And agree with the clues, but like I said previously, they need to be erred on the side of caution, and kept on the harder side, not easier.

How good the clues are, depends on who gives them.

However, you were bit a unfortunate, because the pies meaning Collingwood is a good one, but me and ClarkeM had already been distinguished as good at that point.

You wouldn't have been caught out, had that not been the case.

The Flogs should be the MRP. Each day they give someone carry-over points so they start the day with 2 votes.

I think one clue per game for the flogs is the best.
But then, how easy does the clue have to be?

Because if it's only one clue, then I'm thinking the clue should be a name on a platter type clue, which seems bullshit.

But if a clue is hard, and you only get one per game, it seems a bit useless.

I HATE restrictions.

It ruins the game.

Being filtered as to what you can and can't say, is a terrible idea.

And since when was revealing the contests of PM always banned? If I was a seer, and I got told you were the Right Hand Man. Well, I'm going to reveal that content. Same as the clue.
