On May 15 in Melbourne when a woman went shopping left her baby named Silas in the care of her partner,Paul Vu TONG, in Richmond.
Not long after Silas was dead.

Mr Vu Tong has told the police he was carrying the child and tripped than the child stopped breathing and he called paramedic’s but police don’t believe him and maintain the injuries are inconsistent with that version of events and are more in keeping with blunt force trauma to the head.
The man has been charged with murder and refused bail.
Based on what we’ve come to know of this case so far do people think this is a lock for a guilty finding of murder. I’m not so sure it is yet.
