What we need - Draft?

I wonder if Pagan and Co. have considered turning Bryan into a backman. Tall, good hands, great kick a bit of Agro and strength.

Gibbs isn't fast and we should wait to draft camp till we decide to draft the next Adam Chatfield.

We better pickup Gibbs or my username is not much use then

You have to sign the best available player and by all reports Gibbs is that man. How would you feel if we pass the oppourtunity on not signing him when you had first crack and then dirty Essendon grab him and he becomes a superstar.

KP players to me are more of a gamble than midfielders in the National Draft.

I hope we get Bryce, but has there been any indication yet from the club as to what we're leaning towards, or is it too early? The only whispers I've heard so far were from a few weeks ago - that we were hellbent on Hansen.

Hansen was floated around mainly because we were 95% certain we'd finish 15th and likely to miss out on Gibbs as Essendon would've snaffled him.

I think CFC first choice was always Gibbs but Hansen was the backup.

I've said it before and I''l say it again. Look at the Lions premiership teams and the current Crows and WCE teams - gun midfields can win you a lot of games.
Gibbs is the only choice at no. 1
With Simo, Murph, Stevo, and Kouta being pressured by Jackson/Flint/Blackwell/Bentick/Carazzo/Houlihan for their spots, we have the makings of a gun midfield. The backmen will seem much better when there is increased pressure on the delivery of the football!!!!
