Im not crying over it, im just being a realist, its easy to lose confidence after such a lacklustre performance. Time will tell if we are deserving of playing finals, your only deserving if you make them. As far as "defeatist attitude" goes, what would you call that performance we served up on Friday night? You're only as good as your last game, clearly you are more then happy with mediocrity.

If 8 teams finish above us, we aren’t deserving. It’s that simple - we’ve lost too many crucial games that we should’ve won - Sydney twice, St Kilda, Melbourne…
