I wouldn't say that at all, 12 kids 22yrs and under in our finals team this year and consistency only comes with maturity, but they are building nicely.

They are consistent. Very even side, not big on absolute champions, just even 100% contributions across the board IMO.

Well the potential champs like Pendles, Beams and Sidebottom etc are 18-21yrs old.. we are not in our window despite making the top 4.. if you run the numbers and compare it to past premiership teams our best side is too young.. Buckley obviously ran those numbers, he will be taking over at the perfect time

Seems to me the Pies have a knack of having some kid explode onto the scene, look like a world beater and then disappear into nothingness.
Building would indicate a gradual progression forwards.......some of these guys like Toovey have gone backwards.........
