I would argue that FB is worse. If you feel the need to post every trivial thing you do throughout the day online, in a desperate search for "likes" you must be pretty unfulfilled.

Don't use FB that much when I'm out with people. Sometimes in the car on the way there and the odd time if people knick off to the toilet and whatnot.

Yeah, like anything in life, it's good in moderation, but there are plenty out there I know who are almost addicted to it.
