Given the changes maybe he was right to push for them to be gone and did it with ports best interest at heart.

We weren't using a state wide paper to voice our views though. You'll find most journalists can be impartial regarding those they support. Rucci is on the other end of the scale. It's shameful. Even Port fans were getting sick of him, and they wanted Chocco/Primus gone too. I highly doubt calling Port shit in the newspaper is in their best interests. In the end, the results spoke for themselves and the coaches got sacked. I highly doubt Rucci can take credit for it. But as EC said, it seems he's trying to.

Says Adelaide fans are willing to go to watch the team in Melbourne but not a Showdown... yeah but those are the same supporters who will be going to the Showdown. This was the official line released but I don't buy it. Look, I hope I'm wrong as I like Cornsey as respect what he did in state footy, the bays in the 80's and then started us off as a very good club.

However, I feel there is something more to this. I don't know but to have a few weeks off for plastic surgery, come back and then have more time off right in the middle off the footy season.

Only thing that comes to mind would by throat surgery as that would impact on his job needing time off as no one see his plastic surgery if its for vanity. Hope it's not but I don't buy the story released by Rowe.
