Thats the point though, with the age of your list North are primed for right now, Richmond for the next few years. North probably closer in 2016, Richmond 17/18/19Last two year North has been one win from the GF and Richmond are yet to win a final.
Would have made the GF last year without the "rub of the green" Wegales BS.
efaThey'll go the distance and make finals in 2016 but choke like the last two years. Just like Trent* and the boys have done in the EF.

Nice way of weaving in how good the Hawks are in a thread that has nothing to do with themOn the balance of lists alone it has to be Richmond, however a couple of injuries can see them crumble totally. They do not have hawthorn like depth, or mental toughness when the shit has hit the fan. If Richmond had a recent home and away record against geelong as hawthorn did leading into the 2013 pf, they would have crumbled. They couldn't do a 14,15 hawthorn either. The adversity the club faced was massive.
Richmond have failed on the big stage, whilst north have been impressive in some cut throat finals.

You shouldn't be surprised, surely.Nice way of weaving in how good the Hawks are in a thread that has nothing to do with them
Cheeky.North copped a flogging in the 2014 PF - biggest losing margin for the 2014 finals (71 points).
Couldn't kick straight against West Coast in the 2015 PF (kicked 7.13).

North are massive chokers in Prelims. They'll have a few finals wins on the back of the oldest list in the AFL. When it comes to the crunch though, they just flap about. Won't get anywhere near a flag with that list.
Neither are north.Richmond have got to be the most overrated team in recent memory.
They are nowhere near premiership quality.
One step away is closer than 3Neither are north.
I voted Richmond, because while I see North as the bigger flag threat this year, I think Richmond are going to be a better chance of winning one in the forseeable future, given that they are gradually adding the pieces of their puzzle and won't fall off a cliff any time soon, like North probably will.
But that was the previous years. Thats not an automatic that youll get there again and neither is Richmond losing. One step away is closer than 3
Tbh unlesd either side finishes top 4 in the H&A they wont win the flag so thats the first debate.
