I honestly believe Hall will make the difference. It means that Darren Glass will pick him up and O'Loughlin will go crazy. If Hall doesn't play, Glass will take O'Loughlin and it is a huge win for the Eagles. If Hall plays, he might not play a good game himself, but it frees up other dangerous forwards such as O'Loughlin, Davis and O'Keefe to run riot.
