Also any criticism of Albo not commenting is bogus. Why would you bite the media, who if nothing comes from this campaign would run a heavier smear campaign than normal on him.

The danger for us all is that the govt gives more and more money to prop up News-scum at the same time as polluting the journalism at our ABC with partisan hackery.
Ardern is looking highly likely to be the first leader able to form government without needing a coalition since New Zealand switched to the MMP system in 1996 and this is how Murdoch's goons were trying to frame it.

Even though it is unlikely to lead to a RC, I think this is going to be huge.
If it continues to grow like this the Murdoch press is going to have to address it, because they'll realise there comes a point where it's more damaging to ignore it than to acknowledge it, distasteful as it may be to them.

I’m not so sure. If it keeps growing like this, it’ll start becoming seriously newsworthy; all the other outlets will gleefully give it coverage, and the Murdoch press will feel they have to claw back their perceived superiority.
Because if it reaches that stage, the longer they stay mute, the less it looks like they’re contemptuous of a yapping chihuahua and the more it looks like they’re being publicly humiliated.
