Im heading to the G on friday night for Geelong v Collingwood, obviously freo v carlton (the main game), ess v rich on sat night then either melb v hawks or wb v kangas.....

big weekend of footy and beer.... what more could you ask for?

On the red eye Friday night. Staying with Eagle loving relatives who are coming to the game with me. Convincing them to go to a Docker centric pub might be stretching the friendship.

This is my first game at the Dome and my 10th interstate game and yet to see a win. Hoping to break the drought!

I'm in Melbourne (moved here 3 weeks ago) but have done the Melb trip once a year for past 8 years. Never found that big a 'drinking' crowd at the Colonial but that is where a few freo fans are before the game.

I'll probably be there unless someone points me to another venue

Royal Melbourne ,Bourke st ,has good mixed crowd before the game and short walk to the dome.

No 11 coming up and you say we are bad luck for the Eagles when we travel to watch them.

Should try organise a big group of freo big footy posters to head to an interstate game sometime. Maybe next year after the get together in august...
