Do I even dignify this with a response, knowing we've won the last 2 against Brisbane?

is not a question of choking - is if they are ready for finals presure and if they can win with it like Brisbane have proven they can

if that makes sence ;)

As i have said. The saints will burn out come finals time. They were very flat last week.

And how were we in the previous 10?
1 week does not a season make, Carlton were massacred by Sydney at the SCG in 1995, and were still unheaded in taking the flag.

Makes a lot of sense. saints are an unknown come finals time. If brisbane and essendon post top 4 start that will be hard to beat. Injuries fatigue come into play but the head on the shoulders will tell.

??? who knows but the thing is we know brisbane and to a lesser extent essendon win finals.

Saints should not under estimate the Lions. So what if they won the last two? So what if Carlton lost their game against Sydney in 95 and still won the flag?

The Lions are still the best side in the comp. When finals come, watch them step up. Who can forget last year when Collingwood were hot favourites, only to watch a Lions outfit demoralise them.

The Saints have done well and they deserve a flag, it has been 38 years and it would be nice for them, but this Saint's side seems similar to me of the Eagles of 91.

West Coast won 12 straight before losing to Carlton by 3 points. They regrouped, slipped a little towards the end, regrouped, made the GF and was SLAUGHTERED by an experienced, hardened finals side in Hawthorn.

Just hope some Saint's don't get too cocky....the Lions will only get better as the season comes to a close. Watch the difference with the Lions when the injuries have played their part and they are fully fit. Finals experience has proven itself over the years.
