Will we bounce back ??

Dave's omen last week was slightly off line so i'm hoping for an improvement this week,

What is our record like when coming of a loss to those ###### & can we cover the loss of Stevo ? in my opinion i think we have to tag Simpson with Stenglein & Harvey with "i bloody well have no idea" guess it will have to be Stiffys task for this week but other than him who else could we put on him as he always cuts us up the same way Paul Williams use to,

I know i said this a couple of weeks ago but here goes again could J Gallagher run with & restrict someone like Harvey ??

still would make just the one change for this week,

Massie or Doughty in for Stevens

I mentioned perhaps Shirley for Harvey oin another thread. It's a long shot but who knows.

I think Mattner must go back to the two's as well mate.

I know S Burgoyne kicked 3 goals on him but i think 1 or maybe 2 was from free kicks & Burgoyne only had about 8 positions on the night & apart from a muffed pass from Gallagher late oin the game i didn't think Mattner played bad enough to be dropped this week,
but as usual i stand to be corrected,

Just think Massie is a better option than Mattner, not that he played such a bad game.

Interesting that Shirley trained with the main squad, but still a long shot Kane IMHO.

Curiously enough noddy, I've been asking the same question as to whether Gallagher could be the player to look after Harvey, who is always a thorn in our sides.

2 changes for me:

In: Massie, Doughty

Out: Stevens, Mattner

If you take out Mattner's 1 quarter he was pretty good for the rest of the game. In the Wizard Cup Mattner did a reasonable job on Harvey. Could he be the one that gets the job?????? I doubt AFC would bring in a player for 1 week and then dump him the next unless they really had their pants pulled down by their opponent. Listening to Bodster on 5AA last night, it looks like Begley is in with a very good chance to get selected this week.

Gags could be the one but I just don't think he has the concentration level to be a tagger. Of Course I am more than happy to be proven wrong
