Vintage Federer. Absolutely unbelievable.

Wow. Fed played great tennis in that set and really deserved to win it, but he was helped by Novak Chokevic showing up in that final game. Couple of bad faults, and missing that smash to to give Fed 15-40 was terrible.

Still, Fed had him under a lot of pressure all set. It's probably inevitable that he eventually got a break.

Big advantage from Federer breaking to take the set... being able to power straight into a service game to start the fourth is a good thing.

I kind of had an inkling. Everyone was talking Federer down, but Djokovic has a really poor record against him on faster hardcourts and they'd never met on grass. Even last year at the USO, it took an epic five-setter for Djokovic to win their semi and he was playing much better tennis then than he is now.

I still thought Djokovic would probably win but I thought that Federer had a much bigger chance than most people were giving him. Even before Nadal went out, I had Federer pegged as probably the only player with a realistic chance of stopping Djokovic going the whole way.

Only watched one game of Wimbledon this year. And it's been a good one. Great to see Fed playing so well. And having a chance at number 17.

Fed wound back the clock for this one, his ball striking was unbelievable, along with his first serve.
