Ive heard its really common in the middle east for people to mysteriously die and heard many a story. A country with below par human rights records and serious hardcore Muslim views are unlikely to be on their best behaviour for one month and nothing happens.

Croatia, just like the Germans over many WC'S proves if you play a solid team structure with a good game plan you can beat a technically superior side albeit on pens this time, but they recovered and went on with the job.
The Netherlands Argentina match looked all gone but the Dutch managed to get back into it. Argentina could have and should have won easily. Great penatly saves from the Argie Keeper.
