What are people’s thoughts about a Saturday CUT for say the last 10 or so players? You have guys that scrape in then continue to shoot poorly on Saturday, what purpose is there for these guys to play on Sunday?

No way Masters does this. For a whole host of reasons, not least of which they will tell you is the experience the low amateur gets by playing 72 holes.
