Laidley. One thing Clarkson does do well is list management, in which he developed and kept their list in a good shape, possible to have a crack at the flag in a couple of years.

Laidley has butchered all the good work before him and turned the Kangaroos into a rabble. Hay as FB? Ha!

Yeah but your a bit of an exception, I have noticed your posts they are always good. But there was a bunch of Richmond fans who put Clarkson down and thats ridiculous.

However I believe Wallice started with the better list and also did not tank, whilst we started with a worse list and needed to play more kids to catch up (which is what tanking is).

If you want to trash someone learn to spell their name. He did play in Grand Final teams for the Hawks after all.

BTW I didn't vote for Clarkson (didn't vote actually), unproven at this point in time IMO. He seems to be doing OK. Don't be so sensitive. Who gives a stuff about BF polls?

Im gonna go Daniher. How many years of mediocrity does the club have to endure. Bobs up for a bit every once in a while but any club should.

I'd give Clarkson a bit of a go before calling him the next Danny Frawley.

Connolly obviously gets a mention. Lets see what he gets out of a nice looking list. The club had a good year last year but it wouldnt surprise me if it was his lieutenants that made the difference.

Bomber Thompson is struggling too at the minute and like Daniher, has bobbed up on ocassion over a long period but not when it counts.

Laidley is also struggling. Hes on a pretty low wage so what do u do.

Sheedy has been struggling recently but Ill wait until he gets a decent list. I think he can still coach.

True, but Wallace inherited statistically the worst list in 2004, when we finished last. Go figure. Richmond has also played alot of youngsters as well, it's just that Richmond has an obligation to play Richardson, Bowden, Johnson, Gaspar etc.

I always find it amusing how the lists/coaches, better this better that aka gonna be threads are always flooded with Hawthorn and Richmond supporters. Two teams that are nothing really. On one hand you've got a club who's supporters gloat over how many early draft picks they have received (think they'd hold off on the gloating until if/when something actually became of these players), and crapping on about the future, of which they'd currently have no idea about, and on the other you've got Richmond. A club that is by far a conglamaration of the most overhyed nobodies, ever. A club that gives full meaning to the terms ordinary, MOR and underachievement, and because of their reasonable membership base, also give meaning to the saying "they write them up (every year for another solid finish of ninth) because they have to sell newspapers".
