Harsh - Crippa had a jumper full of busted ribs or a fractured shoulder or something and couldn't raise his arms, still refused to come off in the last qtr as the Saints had only 22 fit men in the club, and Jones and one other had done hammys in the game.

yeh, I remember that, it was about 30 shots to 18 and we still lost. 2002.
Pagan moved Stevens to the goalsquare earlier this year against us to take Linger out of the game. That was all good, except that without Stevens the other Carlton boys just weren't good enough!
Remember watching Slade play on Brad Fisher last year. Gave away 10cm but took back about 5 kg!

1 year later, Carroll playing on Kent Kingsley X 2. Didn't touch the ball in a single contest, Kingsley kicked plenty and Carroll wasn't moved off him for some time.
