I wonder if/what matches will get stipulations (ladder match, no DQ etc.) Wouldn't mind seeing one of the mid-card title matches as a ladder match, and either Taker/Cena or Bryan & Shane/Kami with some sort of No DQ stip.

There's going to be 6-man ladder match at NXT TakeOver: New Orleans. Another ladder match the following night at WrestleMania seems unlikely.

I say Shane and Bryan's Control over Smackdown be put on the Line I reckon

I feel like that’s redundant now - Shane’s taken indefinite leave and Bryan’s returning to in-ring competition.

My prediction it will instead be for Kevin & Sami's jobs. Kevin & Sami will win, preventing Bryan getting another Wrestlemania win.

I would personally love a 12-month story for Daniel Bryan where he has to return to his best over time rather than just straight away. Build into this whole idea that he has to capture the Monster within, that's associated with his Video package from Wrestlemania 30. Imagine if Bryan would be slowly built back up in the mid card/ non-title feuds all the way to the Royal Rumble.

Let Bryan win the Rumble that he should've prior to Wrestlemania 30 and then Main event Wrestlemania 35 for the title against AJ Styles (let's put the title on him again as it would make a good match) or a heel Roman Reigns.

Daniel Bryan is going to be a part-timer in the match sense if not in screentime. A big part of why they made him 'retire' was everybody liked him way more than Roman Reigns. After WrestleMania he'll have a PPV singles match against Zayn, then against Owens, then against Ziggler. These will be done in the part time sense of he only wrestles at the PPVs. He'll stay General Manager of SmackDown. As far as a WWE Championship match or reign goes they will kick the can down the road as far possible and similarly stall with the Intercontinental/Tag Team Championship first. They - Vince McMahon - have agreed to him wrestling through gritted teeth because otherwise he was out the door to NJPW/ROH.

Do you believe the Utter Crap Rumor that they Forced Bryan into Retirement just because of Reigns getting Booed:rolleyes:

Thats some Tinfoil hat wearing stuff there.

No way they force a bloke to retire just because he is more popular. They would turn him heel or something along those lines.

Yep.

The tickets and buy rates let alone ratings for Smackdown (at least) will be huge.

Merch sales through the roof.

And that why they Brought him back as GM as they knew the Brand Split would Dud out.

Bryan is not going against Reigns on Smackdown

Then where is the Proof and Not Just using Marks on the Internet Talking About it because they Hate Reigns

No tinfoil. Established fact they were trying to pump the brakes with Bryan late 2013 to 2016. Will be the same 2018+. People can like him but not more than they like Romanation.

Theres no doubt he wasnt their pick to be number 1, the Wyatt story proved that.

But to say they forced him to retire because of Reigns is bullshit.

Nothing bullshit about it. Bryan's doctors always said he could wrestle. NJPW, ROH, etc would've always been thrilled to employ him to wrestle. So as his contract whittles down and the threat of leaving becomes real WWE decides he can wrestle.

The reason WWE were hestitent was because of a fear of another Benoit on their hands.

Nothing to do with Reigns.

So why allow Angle to wrestle?
His injuries were obviously not as severe. Though will be interesting how he wrestles at Wrestlemania against Triple H.

You guys really think they would cost themselves money, lots and lots of money, by forcing Bryans retirement just because he was more popular than Reigns?

Wow thats a long bow.
