TBH it’s not the most exciting pick to me because I hate drafting out of WAFL colts. It’s no comment on Allan more just a philosophy and I’d have preferred Clarke at that pick.

Depends where you think we are in terms of the team’s development overall. I think we need some big lads to provide structure.

As a mid Allan is a long way off it. As a KPP he’s probably further back. Make no mistake if he makes it we’re looking at 2025 at least so he’ll have little to no impact on the teams development for a while yet. It harks back to the Marsh pick (I rated him BTW) as a tweener size with elite speed.
