Good point. There should be some restriction on circumcision too. I think it is certainly more frowned upon. In the past they'd run away and slice the kid without even asking. That said, it's not something that could impact health of others.

You're still around 15 times more likely to get it if you haven't been vaccinated.

Vaccinated people get a much milder dose and recover much quicker so are far less likely to pass on Pertussis. So no.
