Tried this last weekend and everyone loved it.

Marinated some chicken fillets in a sauce- slice up and cook on BBQ grill with red onion slices nearby.

Cut up cooked chicken and put into large flat bread.

Add avocado, cucumber dip, cooked egg, lettuce, cooked onion, ranch mayo and pepper

Roll the whole lot up into a kebab, put a bit of oil on the outside of beard and put on tray in BBQ, close lid and let it sit for 3 to 4 minutes- flat bread goes crunchy...eat awesome kebab.:thumbsu:

Salmon fillets topped with a couple of thin slices of lemon, a couple of halved cherry tomatoes, and some of that basil-in-a-tube you get from the supermarket. Spray with olive oil and wrap individually in foil, cook for 15-20mins with lid closed over indirect flame.

Easy as anything and will impress any girl.

Yes! dimsims..get a big bag of frozen dimmies,,let em thaw out a bit...cut them in half and put em on the hot plate with heaps of oil...toss them around and get the sides brown...5 minutes later you have a massive plate of awesome beer snacks (sweet chilli sauce)or food for hungry kids (tomato sauce). Cheap as #### and everyone is happy.

Chicken marinate....sweet chilli/ tomato sauce/ soy sauce/ few drops of tabasco sauce..outstanding.

Having Tandoori Lamb Cutlets tonight for dinner cooked on the Weber.

The kids love them and the cutlets have been marinating since last night in a special Tandoori marinade which is a sinch to make!! Weber does them magnificently and while you can do them on the stove top in a pan the taste you get from the Weber does not compare!

Fail-safe recipe for sex for posters who are terrible at cooking, but want to look at least serviceable.

THE SALMON:
Step 1: Marinade salmon in a brown sugar, olive oil, soy sauce and a little bit of lemon and honey (2-3 hours in fridge)
Step 2: Pre-heat BBQ to what I guess is around 200.
Step 3: Rub grill with olive oil so the salmon doesn't stick.
Step 4: When you put the salmon on the grill gently rub it up/down for a few seconds so it doesn't stick.
Step 5: Cook 5-7 minutes each side depending on thickness and heat of BBQ. You want the outside to be caramelised, but the salmon must still be raw/approaching raw in the very centre.

THE VEGGIES:
Step 1: Boil up some of the tiny spuds.
Step 2: If you have a steamer plonk it over the boiling spuds with some carrot and beans inside: Steam until cooked, but still crunchy.
Step 3: Cut spuds in half: Add butter, avocado chunks and salt; put lid on pot and shake it around.

Final Step: Eat food --> Have sex.
