I'll try to create one using best 18 under 22 with one from each club. I used the best 22 under 22 formula the AFL uses. To be eligible for selection, players must be aged 22 or under for the entire AFL season (including finals).

was a fairly hard task as well. Teams like Hawks, Fremantle have nothing special so had to make do with Hartung in the back pocket and Weller on the wing. Teams like GWS, Brisbane, Melbourne and Dogs have multiple young guns who miss out. I tried to put in names that have played footy and not recent draftees.

I really wonder about these 'all time best' teams that don't have the best CHF of all time in them. I know Bartlett was a decent player, but Hart should be the clear choice from Richmond.

Not sure if you'd play Carey elsewhere or pick another from North.

The trick is the start with the weaker teams first. Find a space for their best player and once you get the the better teams it becomes easier because you have more players to choose from.
