Caiden Cleary is a hard one to assess long term.

Currently, he has a neat set of skills with outstanding work on the inside which suits the swans needs.

He managed 27 disposals, seven clearances, and six tackles across four games in the stack Allies side during the carnival, while also earning All Australian selection.

He does not have explosive speed but covers the ground exceptionally well, positioning himself well to impact the contest.

His playing style is more on the accumulation side, with his kicking being ok, but not prone to hurt the opposition. However, he has exceptional hand skills in close, dishing out the ball the runners multiple times.

The biggest knock on him is where his improvement and hurt factor will come. However, if he continues his development he can be a Libba Jr like player for the swans long term
