So the NBL CEO resigned.....

BTW, saw the Adel v Melb game sat night. What a shooting display from Melb! The sixers played average, but Melb could not miss.

Wildcats have defeated the Kings 16 times in a row, that's a fair domination.

Kings rely on Childress, he doesn't play they would of lost by 50 plus. There two centres are very pour, the import point only good when no D, Cadee offence good but defence very pour. Very overrated squad imo. Still time to turn it around but madgen has to find form. Garlepp next best, not certain coach has the experience.

They will turn it around. Wont push for the title, but wont end up bottom.
The Wilson/Gibbo combo doesnt seem to work that well at the moment. Will still take a bit of time to sort out how Brock fits in.
The team looked its best when Gibbo was the man running the point.

Sorry to intrude, but it appears Townsville are going to be done at the end of the season if not before. Strong rumour is that they are out of funds and need the league to prop them up.

If they do fold end of the year, hopefully they resurrect the Bullets

well rumor has it already that Brisbane and coming back into the comp and Sydney or Melbourne are looking to get another team back into the competition and Tassie are looking to put a team back in aswell.

Strong rumor behind that one is that they are looking to get Adam Gibson from the sixers as the franchise player for Tassie, Being his parents live there.

New broadcast set up for the NBL for the game on oneHD tonight. Seems like they are finally going to try and be serious about the league

High tempo, high scoring, packed house and a high quality close game. Perfect way to showcase the NBL.

To put it simply, there is no ball arena in the country like perth when full.

Its almost 50% larger than any other home stadium. So in essence there is no other ball arena like Perth's in Aus.
Id still like to know what makes them different to the other clubs (in relation to getting the attendance) They average pretty much double the average attendance to NZ/Adel/Melb/Syd home games. Its fantastic, but I dont know why the other larger market clubs (Syd/Melb especially) cant get 10k to a game every second week.
