Since when is being drunk in a public place a chargeable offence? How many people are charged with this each year? Why is Karl Stephanovic not in prison - he was drunk on national television, you don't get much more public than that. Have you ever seen the streets around the Rocks at New Year? They could charge literally hundreds of thousands of people with being drunk in public.

Quick poll... Who on this forum hasn't, at some point in their history, been drunk in public? Were you ever charged by the police?

Now damaging a side mirror - that's something else entirely....

He got loose and did some really silly things but he has already paid a massive price both financially but also with how his name was diminished. He's had to work really hard to earn the respect of his peers as well as we supporters but has done just that.

I really hope they are lenient with him as he's basically a good young kid who just had a moment of weakness.

There was a really big Cockroach on it and they are scary?

I wonder will we ecer stop calling Zagame's a Nightclub? If it's a Nightclub the Quakers Inn Tavern is a Monaco Casino...

Well its good to get this out of the way. He made a very bad mistake but has been punished and now we can all move on.

As far as being a Giant is concerned this young man has been exemplary and if every player put as much effort into his game as Toby we'd be unbeatable.

The way he reacted to his suspension last year showed the character of the man, he is a keeper and I look forward to him re-signing.

Anyone who had seen the footage could probably tell Toby with crutches was not in the wrong.

Just shouldn't have walked outside with a drink.
