This might be a match where we take away a few "learnings" from the game.
I'd like to see some good doings from us, and improvementings in our decisionings and footskillings.

If we can maintain midfield pressurings, our backline should hopefully show improvementing in our defendingings

The result of this game will ultimately shape the Pies season. Beat them and they'll go on to win the flag. Lose to them, and their premiership hopes will be dashed.*

* Based on historical data that shows our knack of beating the eventual premier in their premiership season.

Star Wars GIF

Pies off a loss we need to play at our best to be competitive. Hopefully we come out and show them our future

Hope our midfield is on from the start, they dictate our performance.

Collingwood take so many risks they give teams a sniff, must take chances and kick straight. Small glimmer of hope.

We haven't had a good track record recently playing in front of big crowds.

Sam needs to get the boys up and about from the first bounce as we can't let another 9 goal first quarter happen again.

Be interesting to see who steps up today and handles the pressure.

Super keen to see who steps up today, unintimidated.

Good shout - as soon as the Tig’s got a sniff the other week, the crowd went up a few notches which seemed to rattle us a bit.

That game, Bombers and Cats are all good experience for our young blokes

The Blues game as well the boys looked totally stage struck in the first half. They were running around like headless chooks.

Not sure how you can fix that apart from more exposure to playing in front of big crowds?

Reckon today will tell us a fair bit where some of our players sit compared to the benchmark. Be great to see someone like Newk have an absolutely massive game in the middle.
