We'll have our starting team of 18 in a little over three hours time, but there's still time to vote! We're still after nominations and likes for the forward pockets and full forward.

As it stands, it looks like we've got three clear favourites - Darcy Moore at full forward, Jamie Elliott in one pocket, and Alex Fasolo in the other. Fas looks like he's convinced a fair chunk of our supporters with a solid back half to 2015, whereas the love for Darcy and Jamie should come as no surprise to anyone who frequents.

There's still a chance for a few very talented players to sneak into a pocket if you throw your voting weight behind them: Tim Broomhead, James Aish, Jordan De Goey, Travis Varcoe and a couple of others have too much talent to miss out, surely! If we can't fit them in a pocket then they must make the bench.

Voting for the full forward line closes at midnight. Then we'll wrap it up with the interchange. Nearly there folks! Thanks for participating!

And there's our forward line sorted! Final votes are in, and they look like this:

FULL FORWARD: Darcy Moore (32 votes), Ben Reid (4), Jesse White (2), Travis Cloke (1), Jarrod Witts (1).
FORWARD POCKETS: Jamie Elliott (32 votes), Alex Fasolo (17), Darcy Moore (5), Dane Swan (5), Tim Broomhead (4), Jesse White (3), Jarryd Blair (2), Jeremy Howe (1).

Giving us a full forward line of:

F: Jamie Elliott (32 votes) --- Darcy Moore (32 votes) --- Alex Fasolo (17 votes)

And when we plug that in, we have a starting 18 that looks like this:

B: Marley Williams (55 votes) --- Nathan Brown (58 votes) --- Tom Langdon (25 votes)
HB: Matthew Scharenberg (42 votes) --- Ben Reid (42 votes) --- Brayden Maynard (12 votes)
C: Steele Sidebottom (30 votes) --- Scott Pendlebury (35 votes) --- Jack Crisp (18 votes)
HF: Jeremy Howe (15 votes) --- Travis Cloke (35 votes) --- Dane Swan (15 votes)
F: Jamie Elliott (32 votes) --- Darcy Moore (32 votes) --- Alex Fasolo (17 votes)
R: Brodie Grundy (48 votes) --- Adam Treloar (32 votes) --- Taylor Adams (28 votes)
Int: TBD

A very solid starting side, I think you'll all agree. The amount of quality youth in there is jaw-dropping: Williams, Langdon, Scharenberg, Maynard, Crisp, Elliott, Grundy, Treloar and Adams, and we haven't even managed to fit De Goey, Aish, Broomhead, Marsh or Frost in there.

There's only one thing left to vote on: INTERCHANGE!

(Log in to remove this ad.)

Here's how the interchange voting will work: it's the best of the rest. If you see a player that didn't make the final team, nominate him, and the highest vote-getters will make the bench. At this stage, you can't nominate anybody who made the starting 18; we're only interested in those who didn't manage to find a position on the ground.

There are a heap of great players left, and only 4 spots to fill. It's a mad dash to the finish line - who will sneak in? Aish? De Goey? Broomhead? Marsh? Varcoe? Greenwood? What depth!

I'll kick off this final round of nominations below, as always, please feel free to vote by "liking" an existing post, or by posting yourself.

We'll wrap up this round of voting, and indeed the final team and this thread itself, at midnight, Thursday 12th.

It's the final countdown...
