Both Finch and Smith have played innings where they really needed to go on with it, given the amount of balls they used up. That said, it's still a solid platform and the pitch doesn't look like the easiest one to bat on.
 
We need to forget about Maxwell being anything other than a lower order slogger. Doesn't have the temperament or technique to build a long innings consistently.

Don't know why we keep playing Hughes in ODI's, he's clearly not up to it. True, bombersno1?
 
Should have dropped him and opened with Maxwell.
I mean, it just makes no sense to have two opening batsman open the batting. Don't know what we're thinking.
 
It's innovative, sure. But it throws out the balance of the side.
No doubt. bombersno1 just talking s**t. It was Nathan Lyon last year, looks like it will be Hughes his whipping boy this summer.
