Defamation claims against the Media?

Every bit of media in the world?

LOL. One bloke at the centre of a PED scandal where he's alleged to have injected players with substances they didn't sign up for. Three blokes with links to bikie gangs and the underworld.

That's outstanding.

They even name the compound.

"Peptide 6."

Listed as banned by ASADA.

An investigation into Dank's business ventures reveals an empire of interlinked biotechnology companies, science consultancy companies, and most importantly, two medical rejuvenation clinics, registered in Victoria and New South Wales. Online, Dank's Medical Rejuvenation Clinic sells a wide variety of supplements, including GHRP6, a supplement promoting muscle growth with similar properties to human growth hormone. Known as Peptide 6, it's rumoured to be the supplement at the centre of the Essendon drug scandal and has been banned by the Australian Anti-Doping Authority.

Let's push all our differences aside here & think about this.
Should Essendon be found guilty of all this, it somehow doesn't sit right with me that someone of James Hird's character would be punished.
He has given his all to be one of Essendon's greatest ever players. As far as I'm concerned, that MUST count for something.

This bloke shouldn't be pushed away from football should all this become the worse case scenario for Essendon.

Something just wouldn't be right.
There is no way that James Hird would have taken the coaching job at Essendon to knowingly get involved in this type doping.
No way.
He should definitely be given the chance to continue coaching this team.
The Bambi effect....

If Ess are found guilty Hird's position along with many others will be untenable and as a result I doubt any of them will ever work in the AFL ever again. Just because he is a legend of the game doesnt exclude him from any punishment should it deem fit, as it all occurred under his watch.

But how much would you take Thompson or Hird's word after their recent history of lying and backstabbing.

Like I said the Bambi effect

Oooooh do we have our second club?!?

If it's Richmond and Essendon it would tear the competition apart, two of the big four clubs.

On face value I would say it is quite the opposite

Spike was real flog for making personal insults and giving the lame Vitamin C excuse but it appears that Reimers testimony whist not articulate would seem to sugest that the players new something that was not quite right.

And if that is the case

Why didn't they also ask qustions to the

1. The Senior Coaching Staff
2. There Managers
3. The Players Association
4. The Medicos

They did. It is why the forms were issued.

what would happen if essendon are on top of the ladder in rnd 10 and then they finally find out theyre positive?
Wouldn't make a difference. Round 10 is just before July. We stop winning then.

Richmond lawyer sees your posts. Contacts BF and forces them to divulge your IP address. They track you down and sue you for defamation.

More or less.
