Kids show: My favourite shows as a kid was Thomas the Tank Engine (had all the VHS), Art Attack, Secret World of Alex Mack (was an underrated show, very cool concept with a hot lead actress) and Genie from Down Under.

Adult show: Anyone remember Sliders? Don't remember too much of it but I remember it was a gun concept and my mum loved it. She'd tape it on a Friday night while I watched Four Quarters (old footy show hosted by Sandy Roberts) and then we'd watch it together once that had finished.

+1 for Alex Mack. Was my absolute favourite as a kid. Used to have all the eps on tape once upon a time, wish I still had them!

Remember Sliders, it was a pretty cool show from what I remember. I think Austar plays the reruns at the moment as well.
