Just as I had a lot of fun barracking for your boys on Friday night. Loved seeing them stick it up the peptide pushers at *essendon.

And a personal favourite of mine nowadays is Roughy, because he BFNAAK.

Its Hanke - only way he knows how to fight is dirty. When he was working for Reith's office he used to call himself "filthy" (get it - filthy hanke?). I cannot believe Hirdy would seek out and employ a guy like that!!!

Drawbridge up, oil and archers to the battlements etc. The battle for the minds of the public is in full swing as is the battle for power within AFL circles. Hird is either ultra-confident that nothing untoward went on at *essendon or he is attempting to leverage a more favourable outcome via threats of litigation. But if nothing went on why are so many *essendon folk waking away or being sacked?

Hird is obviously being told that he is too big to go down and he probably believes that anyway but all the leaks point to him being central to this program. And why would the AFL and Vlad leak info that paints Hird in a bad light if they don't believe that the writing is on the wall already? It was his go for broke attitude which made Workchoices as extreme as it was - in the end it made Howard unelectable. I can't see how taking on City Hall at this juncture can help poor Jimmy

Unless his team are manouvering for a change of balance of power in the upper levels of the AFL which will assist the club in their position I cannot see the point.

Attack the castle while the King is away in an attempt to alter the environment so upon his return there are assassins ready to knife him.
