*Donialists suggesting there's no way Ryder's people will be able to prove breach-of-contract. That being a rule that was essentially brought in to allow any player to leave *. I'd say the only proof necessary is a photo of the bloke wearing a * jumper.

As for actual breaches, * surely has an obligation to provide the player with documentation of all supplements injected into his system. That * cannot provide this will surely satisfy any reasonable authority that there has been a breach of *'s employer responsibility. Doesn't matter whether the supplements were legal or not, the fact they can't identify them is the issue here.

Which one (if any) is correct? I don't know - but whether or not Essendon actually had records of illegal supplements is very much in question; let alone administered them.

Whilst losing would hurt if it was to occur, I will also wake up Sunday morning safe in the knowledge that all the players that played for North the previous night will be able to play again in 2015.

Regardless whether you win or not you can only speculate the answer to that question for your clubs players and so can they, its why they're lining up to leave.
