As you know we had to close the 'Yes We Ken' t-shirt discussion.
But there's no reason we can't discuss what would be good promotional designs, just don't take it into the realm of discussing production on this site.
The advice I received from the club is this:
As a club we are aware of these t-shirts and understand the passion and creativity of our supporters.
As such, we don’t mind if limited amounts are produced for supporter groups under the proviso that they aren’t being used for profit making purposes.
We certainly don’t want to suppress the passion of our people…that’s why we love them so much.
However, if they start mass producing quantities of them with a view of profiting then we would have some serious concerns.
At that point, express consent from the player or coach is required along with a licensing arrangement.
But the bottom line at this stage is we are ok with a limited production to be used by our supporter groups.
