The so called knocks on his game I heard when we first got him seem to be complete bullshit.

His kicking is fine and is often damaging even. Finished top 6 or 7 in the kicking test at the combine in his draft year. I've seen nothing this year to explain the knocks on his disposal. If he keeps doing what he's been doing I'll be more than happy!

The thing that I love is that he seems to absolutely relish the opportunity to play in front of those crowds, and comes across as the kind of guy who enjoys the attention. Isolated that's not necessarily a good or bad trait (it has its advantages & disadvantages of course) but playing for Collingwood it's almost a necessity if you want to be truly successful, and it's probably something we didn't bank on when we picked him up.

I'd love to hear from Brisbane supporters - hopefully ones who have removed the lemons from their mouths - as to where his improvements have actually come this year. Is it purely a work-rate thing?

I remember saying we may as well have accepted just Greenwood and the pick and that it was a waste of a list spot. Well now I know, I am an idiot.

This kid is a jet, can tag, big bodied midfielder, competes, tackles and kicks goals. I can't wait to see him against the Hawks on Mitchel or Lewis, he is a player we need desperately.

There is no way I would trade him for pick 20. He may be worth it yeah but what he brings to the team is worth more.
