We can have up to 2 top 6 double up games. And if Adelaide finish top 6 that's a lock with their mate Gil. We're getting a 2/2/1 split, the worst a middle 6 side can get, bookmark it. If Adelaide finish top 6 they are getting a 2/2/1, the best a top 6 side can get. And somehow out of that an easier draw still. There's more chance of my wife running into a super model and bringing her home to share then Port getting a 1/2/2 double up next year.

I thought the requirement was 1:3:1.

If we finish middle tier we will have 3 double ups against 7-12 teams and if the crows finished top 6 that'd class them as our top 6 side double up.

Maybe I've missed something.

Middle six it's:
Minimum of 1, max 2 double ups against top 6
Minimum 2 max 3 against middle 6
Minimum 1 max 2 double ups against bottom 6

So 1/2/2, 1/3/1, 2/2/1 are the possible combinations, from easiest to hardest.
