They may try to pull a trick like that.Try manipulating the Dees 3rd pick - maybe they rate him? Who they take might depend on who they think well be available with their second pick.
Seems a bit amateurish.

I'm taking about power rankings, not where they actually get drafted. The top KPFs that got drafted early would have been high up on clubs power rankings, whereas I suspect Weiderman is down the rankings a bit but has a high draft position simply by virtue of being one of the best of a bad lot.
This is another good point, do we need a KPF in the top 5 of all draftees with Daniher in the forward line? Unless we decide that Daniher is C or B grade, we should be able to get by with McKernan, a VFL KPF or a DFA. What we need is depth, and you don't select depth with picks in the top 5.
The more I think about it, the more I think that drafting Wiederman at 4 or 5 seems like a terrible waste of an amazing draft position.
Playing games, asking stupid questions, being difficult to deal with - its all our schtickThey may try to pull a trick like that.

4 of them are priorities in Hooker, Myers, Langford and Laverde. To a lesser extent, Gleeson and Edwards. The others aren't that important on our way to a premiership tilt imo.Just a little aside; these are the guys out of contract at the end of 2016.

That is an absolute truck load of guys out of contract (19) not including the (4) rookie listed guys.
If it comes to picking Parish or Oliver at pick 5, who would you take?
James Gwilt is only (turning) 30. Should still be good for a year or two.
Gwilt ahead of Pears, Dempsey, Kommer and even Ambrose?
Personally I'd expected Daniher to have shown more to date. This year he needs to be kicking 40-45 goals at a minimum. I can see another forward working in with Joey. It may free him up some which may enable him to better those targets.
He's only a band-aid solution as a third tall imo. I hope he becomes a depth player/vfl leader sooner rather than later though.
Winderlich was 30 when he retired. Gwilt is gone at end of 2016
The way it came out was he should be gone at years end. If he produces another solid year like '15, I don't see why he wouldn't be offered another year
Link?EQ's draft rankings have just been put online, interested to see Rioli is in her top 30. Milera is quite high up too, so there might be some truth to the rumours that we are keen on him.
The McKay brothers are goofy looking mothergooses.

If we don't bet a readymade forward like Brown, what the hell are we going to do? Joey needs help.
Got laughed at big time but still wouldn't have minded getting Pods for a year in a playing/coach role.
