So any thoughts on why Han and Leia named their son Ben? Han only knew him for a very short time and thought he was a crazy old man, and Leia only knew him as Obi-Wan and had never actually met him knowing him only as an ally of her fathers.

Btw, the same guy who wrote the 40 plot holes wrote...20 more plot holes.

look i'm far from getting any accreditation in English, but does he really not understand that the first order are space nazis?
i mean really? flame throwers? do you think that maybe, just maybe they are there because a flame thrower is a horribly ****ed up weapon and burning people alive is a bad thing?
not to mention that flame troopers are a nod to a lot of EU shit.

this mother****er has a big hammer, but he somehow keeps missing the nails.

edit:
The Force Awakens, an already confusing movie

Lol, i know. He gets so much wrong. Just funny. Some of it is salient tho. Just some.

Fan service + subconsciously makes the scene more emotional.

I'm just about to purchase the official novel from Google Play. So I can read that exact passage and see what light it sheds on it. Could be a great $18 investment to prove myself right :p

Does it come with an additional spoiler pack? ;)

Btw, Kylo's new face scar will probably appease his sense of destiny. In that, he now will be facially disfigured and permanently under that mask to hide his scar, which also reminds him of his defeat at the hands of Rey. So that should kinda please him, knowing he's stepping closer to becoming "Vader".

Or a half face mask welded onto the scared part of his face, similar to the new expansion characters in the old republic game.

Gee some people are hard on Carrie F.

How old is she?

Go down to your local supermarket and find the age equivalent and come back and tell us wat you found.

We're only really making a comment on her because she had plastic surgery and her face practically doesn't move now and you can't recognise her.

IMO Han had given up and almost cut all the strings to Kylo, but Leia guilted him in to trying to bring him back.

Good work Leia.

Yep. You could see that Han didn't really want to go and talk to him because he knew the outcome, but he also knew that if he was going to 'go home' as Maz suggested, he wouldn't be able to face Leia without at least the attempt.

The whole 'There's too much Vader in him' and 'It was Snoke' was the two of them trying to absolve themselves of their failure because they probably tried to raise him as a normal child instead of sending him to Luke early for training as a Jedi. He was probably exhibiting tendencies toward the dark side that Leia couldn't handle during puberty so she sent him away - as she says to Han: "That was when I lost you. That's when I lost you both." He was too old to begin training and had formed a resentment of his non-Force sensitive father who he considered "weak and foolish". If Anakin resented Obi-Wan who was one of the greatest Jedi of all time, how much more so would Ben resent Han?

I think he wears the mask to keep his jug ears pinned back. In that scene where he interrogates Rey and takes off his mask I thought OMG his ears are huge!!!

I think the most important question to come out of this movie is....

What was on the other side of the bridge
The other side of the thing they were trying to blow up.
