Azarenka's just pounded an opponent 6-0 6-0, but hey, let's ask her about Lleyton, because we Aussies love oversea's sportstars waxing lyrical about our own.
She made the quarter finals at the French Open last year but yes she was terrible tonight. The commentators said this lady is ranked 43 in the world. She is terrible. Don't think she believed she could win from the opening point either. Absolutely no reactions ever.

Could not disagree more. i love the nationalistic aspect of the first few days of the Aus Open, without it I don't see the point of watching at all.Yeah I do know that. I'm not naive. I guess because I hate the pro Australian for pro Australian sake it annoys me greatly.
It's not the Davis Cup or the Olympics so who cares where they come from. If you barrack for someone because you share nationality it shows lack of individual opinion.
Azarenka is not gorgeous. One of the least attractive high profile players in the game.

I find watching a sport, seeing an Australian and instantly knowing who to barrack for makes my enjoyment of sport a hell of a lot easier.
Oh great another 2 days of this. The worst thing is that I can't stand Ferrer one bit and one has to win.
So you don't follow tennis during the year. A bunch of average Australian's getting WC's serve zero purpose except for clogging up the better courts. I'm all for decent Australian's playing, but tonight was a joke. Two blokes one raked 300 odd and one ranked 80 odd....and they put it on RLA at night? During the day, maybe, but not at night. Night is meant to be marquee.

Of course it was going to sell out it's in Australia. But tennis viewers are world wide and expect more.it was a marquee match. there was no tickets left for it. Hewitt, and especially locals are big bucks. if u think otherwise, or think any other tennis tournament in the world doesnt do the same, then u have rocks in your head. there is a reason wildcards exist.
Surely the fixture organisers and Channel 7 will schedule Wadawinka's game at the same time and just not televise it in spite of Parksy
Yeah but it should be good anyway, great to have other options though anyway. I am pretty excited anyway. Anyway I better go to sleep now.Don't care so much about Thursday night anyway, Big Bash will be on anyway so that is something on anyway, and 72 has better games on anyway.
yes, cause im sure the US Open didnt schedule Agassi's, Sampras or Roddicks last matches on AA.Of course it was going to sell out it's in Australia. But tennis viewers are world wide and expect more.
I didnt watch last night. Knew it would be a snooze fest. Watched Tsonga v Baghdatis later instead which was entertaining. What about federer last night. He won so comfortably and with such ease, but we don't get these comments yesterday.
