Freo bound in 2017

By the way I'm a massive knob but I guess you've worked that out.
Yes, yes you are.

Yep Freo bound for a holiday to remind himself why he'll never go back other than to visit loved ones.

He wants to play in premierships!

If our midfield improves Hogan will make the AA squad and/or win the Coleman.
Even if it doesn't ...

If the delivery doesn't improve and increase, I fully expect Jesse to waltz up the ground, take the ball from the hands of either friend or foe, take 10 bounces, simply stare at any would-be tacklers, leaving them stunned and terrified in a puddle of their own urine, and kick a goal from whatever ever spot on the ground he feels like ... and do this between 5-10 times a game, whatever is required.

In years to come these two will give the defenders absolute nightmares.

Jesse is already my fav non hawk player and Weid looks like a great size for a forward.

You guys have gone through alot of pain and deserve to go to the games and have something great to look forward too.

Jesse will be putting alot of smiles on dees faithfull's faces, absolute superstar this kid is and probally will be one of the if not the best best key forwards to play this great game of ours.

The real question is will he win more Brownlow's or Coleman's?
He’s a Centre Half Forward/ Full Forward. There is virtually no chance that he will win a Brownlow given the penchant that umpires have for giving 3/2/1 to midfielders.

He would need to kick 150 goals to even get close…….hhmmmm…hang on.

Nah, that is wishing for too much.

I see your point and I counter thus:

He's Jesse Hogan

Knows exactly where the ball will land first, is square on with it so he never has to move his head around at all during contest, both legs firmly planted giving him a much stronger base than opponent. He didn't take years to come on because all of this is as natural to him as breathing. Football brain + athlete + skills = most valuable player in the comp.

He will be the first player to be awarded 3, 2 and 1 vote in the same game!

You're all way off the mark. Once Jesse is done everyone will stop talking about Brownlow's and Coleman's.

Instead players will be striving to 'do a Hogan' by winning both as well as the Norm and premiership medal all in the same year. It's like a unification bout in boxing/wrestling. There can only be one undisputed champion
