Non-compulsory voting would mean that politicians couldn't just rely on attacking their opposition, they'd have to act in a way that got people out to actively vote for them.

I have not seen that in Canada at all. Still plenty of sledging.

Just watch the US debates.

Always struck me as a bit gay.
My son went vegan early last year

I'm still trying to determine if I would have been more or less shocked if he told me he was gay

Certainly less shame if he'd been gay.

A brother went vegan a few years back.

Poor fella decided hitting the sack with a vegan animal activist was a good idea and has been seriously whipped since.

I really don't care. One vote ain't gonna change a thing.
Thats what half the people that voted leave thought and look how that turned out for the UK

I'm trying to think of a way to word it without giving away too much information!
write it down then replace any incriminating words with campaigner should do it

Australians views on compulsory voting are a true indicator of how apathetic we can be as a country

People in other countries risk their life for the right to vote and even in Australia parts of our community had to fight tooth and nail to be allowed to vote

Yet so many, myself included at times, are put out because we have to vote.

There's genuinely no candidate in my electorate that I would want to represent me. Labour is my probably pick based on the voting compass things but I would spew if Bill Shorten ever became PM so I'm in a bit of quandary.

So there was one team member, campaigner A, who did something very dodgy. Very, very dodgy. I have been investigating this issue for a few weeks. Had a break through today when I obtained extra correspondence showing that my colleague, campaigner B, was aware of this last year and has done nothing about it, leaving the business open to a massive financial and reputational risk.

Facts or I call Bullsh*t on your information.
oh no, anything but calling bullshit!

The chefs on Masterchef. They just come across to me as gluttonous pigs always stuffing their face. Especially Matt Preston who isn't even a chef. He's a 'food critic'. He loves stuffing his face so much he even got a job doing it.

Masterchef was on the telly when I was at the doctors earlier, he was actually cooking stuff*!

*A steak sandwich.

It doesn't put me out a great deal..... state or federal election I have 3 places to vote within a 5 minute walking distance. Another 3 places within 10 minutes, the last state election I did it dead on 8 am :), in and out quicker than you can say "Hawthorn are three peat premiers" :D.

On a completely unrelated note, as an HR guru do you have any examples of 'very dodgy' stuff that employees can do to get in trouble?
